“Easy to get to from the airport (20min train+ 15min walk) Food was great, service and support excellent and pool entertainment hilarious to watch or be part of. Will definitely be going back.”

“Wäre schön wenn das Personal an der Rezeption sitzt, für kleine Fragen und um willkommenzuheißen, ich meine tagsüber.”

“Excellent check in. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Fantastic View. Public Transport at your doorstep. Pool is great but sunbeds need cushions.”

“El hotel es un poco antiguo , esta cruzando la playa. Es un 3 estrellas, la pileta no es buena, y el edificio en si no es muy lindo. La habitacion si es linda y el mobiliario y baño estan muy bien. Pero no es la zona ni el hotel un lugar de lujo, ni cuatro estrellas y menos cinco estrellas”

“Lovely food, room was cleaned every day. Staff was helpful. There was an incident with outdoor pool, but indoor pool was great, when you wanted to be out of the scorching sun. I would say very hot in the restaurant, couldn’t feel much air con. It was uncomfortable eating whilst very hot overall a great holiday. Lots of activities for kids.”

“Its very closed to the beach. The staffs were nice.”

“Apartment is good, but it's very noisy at night outside. ”

“I arrived to my room past 1am and immediately noticed a lack of cleanliness. The bed runner was extremely stained and unwashed, there were dried stains on the bedside tables which had not been cleaned, and some rubbish found in the bathroom. “Review from an American. First, just understand that this is a resort designed for children. The vast majority of the guests are families from the UK traveling with children. It is a cheap family option with impressive photos of the facility. Kids will have a blast in the pools, playgrounds, mini golf, arcade, beach club, etc. But as far as adult travelers, without kids, you will get bored in one day. There is one pool. Everything else you have to TAKE A BUS to get to the beach club. The beach……

“The team were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was tastefully decorated but dated. The grounds and pool area looked nice. The door was tricky. You had to put a lot of strength into turning the key to open it. Also the balcony door was difficult to lock. However, the location was amazing with great amenities all around - beaches, a marina, lovely promenades, supermarkets, a nearby park and numerous bus stops/routes.”

“Provides excellent complimentary services, coffee, nice kitchen to cook. The room was clean. Staffs are in a hand reach to cater for your needs”
